I drew this then coloured it in pencil crayons, but coloured her skn in on Photoshop =p I think she may be a little too ornage :| but everyone loves orange right? :)

I never do enough fan-art of my own fan-made Vocaloids :( so I did Misa :D up next should be Misu and Uguisu :)

Her skin looks fine. What I usualy do on my Chun-li pictures is I take an official picture, and copy the colors.
However, Chun-Li's skin color is usualy two different colors. It's weird. But I suggest finding a character's picture with the skin color you want, and copy it on PS.
Hope I'm making any sence here. I know I can be kinda confusing when discribing things.

Yeah, took me a while to understand how PS works. I think I got the hang of it now.
But I wish I could do better with shading.

hehe, I'm still trying to figure out whats what =p

well when I do shading, I usually select with the magic wand, and then use dodge and burn, and what I get is this-
